Hey Leute,

habe hier einen HP LaserJet P4014, jedes mal wenn ich die Papierschächte öffne um A5 Papier nachzufüllen, will er (laut Display), dass ich bestätige das A5 Papier im Drucker ist.

Der Bediener meinte, dass es vorher nicht so war und besteht drauf,dass das Problem behoben wird.

Hat einer von euch vllt. eine Lösungsmöglichkeit?

Sonstige Infos:

- 3 Schächte (1 und 2 Standard, 3 hinzugefügt)

- Schacht 2 und 3 sind NORMALPAPIER und A5.

- Automatische Quellenauswahl ausgewählt

- schon 2 Stunden vergeblich rumprobiert und getestet :(
