Moin, ich wollt emal fragen, ob evtl. jemand weiß wo genau der Schwerpunkt der Präsentation liegen sollte. Ich hab als Zielgruppe "Leitung der IT-Abteilung" angegeben, weshalb ich inhaltlich sowohl wirtschaftliche Aspekte als auch technische Aspekte gut verteilen kann.

Die Frage ist nur, soll man eher das Ergebnis präsentieren oder doch den Weg zum Ergebnis (Projektablauf) in den Vordergrund rücken.

Ich mein, das könnten ja quasi 2 komplett verschiedene Präsentationen zur Folge haben.
