Hallo Leute,

seit einigen Wochen landen E-Mails die wir versenden beim Emfpänger im Junk-Mail-Ordner. Das ganze tritt nur auf, wenn der Empfänger Microsofts Mailprogramme (z. B. Office 365) verwendet.
Wir nutzen selber Office 365 und haben auch die Problematik, dass Mails unserer Kunden an uns im Junk-Mail-Ordner landen.

Habt Ihr eine Idee woran das liegen könnte und wie man das verhindern könnte?
