Windows 10 Laptop (Bootprobleme / Token?)

Guten Tag,

ich habe hier einen Lenovo Laptop mit Windows 10. Dieser hatte massive Bootprobleme die wir fixen konnten. Nun fahre ich den Laptop hoch und der Desktop ist schwarz.. der Papierkorb ist da und ich kann über Umwege die CMD öffnen. Wenn ich Win+E drücke kommt die Meldung "Es wurde versucht, auf einen Token zuzugreifen, das nicht vorhanden ist".

 

Weiß da jemand weiter? Die Meldung mit dem Token hatte ich noch nie.

über google bin ich auf folgenden Lösungsweg gestoßen (nachzulesen hier):

Dazu einfach eine Eingabeaufforderung mit Admin Berchtigungen ausführen und ins Verzeichnis Windows\System32 wechseln und folgenden Befehl ausführen:

for /f %s in ('dir /b *.dll') do regsvr32 /s %s
