Ja, ein Antrag ist zu stellen. Dieser muss innerhalb des Jahres 2021 zu stellen und wirkt auf den 01.01.2021 zurück. Das ist dann eine Höhergruppierung mit allen bekannten Nachteilen (Stufen und Stufenzeiten)
