Das ganze nennt sich unattend Installation, und ist garnicht so einfach (imho),

in der Microsoft Support-Datenbank findest du dazu einiges,

Im Ressource Kit ist ein Tool dabei, das dir einiges bei der Erstellung der unattend-Konfig Datei abnimmt, der "Windows NT Setup Manager".
