Hallo zusammen,

 

Ich bin aktuell im 2. Jahr als Fisi.

Unsere IT-Abteilung gründet nun eine eigene Firma. Ich werde mittels Betriebsuebergang dorthin übernommen - sprich ich bekomme auch keinen neuen Vertrag, da dieser mit allen Rechten und Pflichten an den neuen Arbeitgeber übergeht.

 

Ich bin mir nun etwas unsicher... Muss ich der IHK irgendwas melden oder kommen die auf mich zu. Es ändert sich auch von den Ansprechpartnern nichts. Mein Ausbilder bleibt der gleiche.

 

Der Termin zur Übernahme ist sehr bald.
