das kannst in der systemsteuerung unter benutzer und kennwörter einstellen.

doch. da ist unter benutzer und kennwörter in der systemsteuerung der haken "benutzer müssen für den computer benutzernamen und kennwort eingeben". den weg und du hat dein ziel. ;)
