wie kann ich unter 2k die russische tastatur einstellen, auch das man russische zeichen schreiben kann ?

Du hast doch unten rechts so ein Symbol (weisses DE in blauem Kästchen) stehen, oder? Da Rechtsklick drauf, auf Eigenschaften und dann auf Eingabegebietsschema hinzufügen. Da solltest du das eigentlich finden.

Ansonsten ist der Punkt auch unter Systemsteuerung -> Ländereinstellungen erreichbar. :cool:
