Hallo zusammen!

Ich suche ein Programm, das wenn die Verbindung meiner Flatrate gekappt wurde direkt wieder aufbaut.

Welche gibt es da, wo sind vor und nachteile???

Gibt es auch sowas für Linux???

Unter Linux richtest du deine Flatrate natürlich als dial-on-demand ein.

Entweder läßt du dann einen Prozess laufen, der das syslog mitliest und bei disconnect gleich wieder einwählt.

Oder, wenn 5 Minuten offline nicht schlimm sind, erzeuge einen Cronjob der alle 5 Minuten einen externen Rechner anpingt. Das tuts dann schon smile.gif

Nachteil: Deine IP ändert sich jedesmal. Damit kommen die meisten Download-Programme nicht zurecht. Du mußt laufende Downloads also neu starten frown.gif

Man denke auch daran, das man mit ständig geöffneter Leitung seinem Provider schadet. Die Leitung sollte unten bleiben, bis sie wieder gebraucht wird. Da sowohl ISDN- als auch DSL-Einwahl nur wenige Sekunden benötigt ist das kein echter Nachteil.
