Kennt hier jemand ein Tool (für Win), dass mir bei einem Mp3 file wenn im id3 tag kein Artist und Title vorhanden ist den Dateinamen des mp3 files dort hineinschreibt?

Oder muss ich das selbst ausprogrammieren?
