Logfile wo Logins protokolliert sind?

Hallo,

Ich suche unter Suse 8.1 ein Logfile, in welchem mitprotokolliert wird

wann sich welcher User wie am Rechner angemeldet hat.

Ich dachte sowas fände man in /var/log/messages,

da sind aber nur su-Vorgänge protokolliert.

Ansonsten gibts da noch lastlog, aber das ist ja ein Befehl,

der mir nichts nutzt, weil ich ja ein Logfile parsen will.

Loginvorgänge werden in /var/log/utmp und /var/log/wtmp gespeichert, dies allerdings nicht im Klartext.

mithilfe von w, who, und last kannst du dir die aktuellen Logins bzw. alle logins ingesamt anzeigen lassen.
