Hallo Leute,

ich hab da mal eine kurze Frage:

Ist es sinnvoll einen DomainNamen "meineDomaine.de", welche auch im Internet zu finden ist, auch in seinem lokalen Netzwerk einzurichten? Oder sollte man hier den DomainNamen ändern auf bsw. "meineDomain.local".

Als Zusatz will ich hier noch sagen, das ich sowohl SuSe 9.0 als auch einen Windows2000-Server (mit ADS) einsetzen will. auf dem W2k-Server soll auch eMail (Exchange2000) laufen.

Hast du denn Zugriff auf den DNS-Server? Oder wie willst du den MX-Eintrag ändern?

Auf den internen DNS-Server (für W2k und ADS) habe ich Zugriff. Auf den externen nicht.

Ich will jedoch später einmal den W2K-DNS abschalten und den DNS (bind) von Linux nutzen. weiss allerdings noch nicht, inwieweit die ADS-Funktionalität und Exchange-Erweiterungen dann noch gegeben sind. Naja, man wird sehen .....
