Servus,

auf unseren Firmenrechnern wurde standartmäßig mit dem Visual Studio 6.0

auch Visual Source Safe installiert. Allerdings wird Projektiintern PVCS zur Verwaltung genutzt.

Jetzt besteht das Problem, daß bei jedem Öffnen eines WorkSpaces ein SourceSafe-Passwort-Abfrage aufpoppt und erst nach tausendmaligem Betätigen des Buttons "Abbrechen", öffnet dann endlich mal der Workspaces.

Hat jemand schon mal Erfahrungen gemacht, wie ich Visual Studio beibringe,

daß es nur PVCS gib??

Nein bis jetzt wurde nur mit PVCS verwaltet, aber trotzdem soll man sich ständig mit SourceSafe verbinden.

Kann man wenigstens die ständige Passwortabfrage abschalten??

Das würde die Nerven schon etwas schonen...:)
