.pst Datei im Explorer größer als in Outlook

Ich hab vorgestern mal meine Mails archiviert weil mir mein Ordner zu groß wurde.

Wenn ich mir jetzt im Outlook die Größe meines Ordners angucke steht da etwas um die 400MB. Im Explorer ist die .pst Datei aber 1,09 GB groß. Woher kommt dieser gewaltige unterschied?

Hat der die Mails die ich in eine andere .pst Datei archiviert habe trotzdem noch irgendwie da drin gespeichert und wenn ja wie kann ich die dann entgültig löschen?

Ich meine, mal gehört zu haben, dass eine pst-Datei (im Explorer) nie kleiner wird trotz löschen. Warum weiß ich nun auch nicht ^^

Versuch doch mal unter Eigenschaften des Archivs (im Outlook) --> Erweitert --> Jetzt komprimieren.

Ich hab aber auch schon mal ne neue pst erstellt und die Mails dahin verschoben und die alte Datei gelöscht.
