Guten Tag,

ich soll mich darum kümmern das in einer unsere Filialen ein Anrufbeantworter installiert wird.

Ich weiß aber grad nicht wo genau ich den zu installieren hab? Nach dem NTBA & vor dem Telefon? Parallel zum Telefon?

Vorhandene Technik, soweit bekannt ISDN Anschluss, Faxgerät, BlueFritz ISDN Router

Weiß jemand auf was man bei so einem Anrufbeantworter achten sollte?

Das Faxgerät kannst du neben dem Telefon anschließen. Auf jedem Fall musst du dem Gerät eine MSN zuweisen, da das fax alle anrufe, sei es Telefonat, Fax oder anderes animmt. Die MSN kann entweder am Fax selbst oder im Konfigurationsmenü der Telefonanlage zugewiesen werden.
