Hi,

vor einiger Zeit hat mich mal ein Kollege angesprochen, dass er sich PGP zum Verschluesseln seiner Platten besorgt haette ... darauf hin hab ich ihm gesagt dass das auch ohne PGP geht und habe im Disk Utility eine entsprechende Option gefunden (dachte ich) ... nun ja, jetzt habe ich endlich eine kleine 2.5" Platte, moechte diese verschluesseln und find nix mehr ...

Habe ich mir das damals nur eingebildet? Es gibt den FileVault, aber der ist ja fuer das Benutzerverzeichnis, nicht fuer externe Platten...

joa, das waere eine Moeglichkeit, aber irgendwie zu aufwendig. Werde mal sehen ob es noch guenstigere alternativen zu der PGP Suite gibt ...
