    Hallo zusammen, da ich mir aktuell nicht so sicher bin was meinen Resturlaub der Kündigung angeht, möchte ich hier nochmal fragen, ob meine Einschätzung korrekt ist. Ich habe am 09.08.2019 gekündigt. Mein letzte Arbeitstag ist der 30.09.2019 (ist auch schon bestätigt) Im Thema "Urlaub" Arbeitsvertrag steht Zum Thema Kündigung steht Nach meinen Recherchen habe ich keine "pro rata temporis" Regelung drin, wonach ich ein Anrecht auf meinen gesamten Jahresurlaub habe. Sprich gesetzlicher Mindesturlaub + "freiwilliger" Zusatzurlaub. Würdet ihr das auch so einschätzen oder wie seht ihr das?
