    Das mit der "Gehaltskürzung" ist für mich langfristig gedacht sekundär, Geld ist nicht alles und ich denke das man von beiden gut Leben kann, auch wenn es 500 Euro netto weniger wären. Hätte dort klar die spannenden Aufgaben gesehen und eben die neuen Technologien. Was aber über allen steht ist Zeit. Davon habe ich im aktuellen Job mehr als genug, um diverse Hobbies nachzugehen. Wenn sich jedoch die Lethargie schon auf die Freizeit ausschlägt, weil man irgendwann stagniert und sich dem Tempo anpasst, dann ist man an einem Punkt angelangt, wo es auch auf das Gemüt und somit auf die Gesundheit schlägt. Schwierig.

    Ich nehme mal die 250 Tage für Bayern:
    250 Arbeitstage - 36 Urlaubstage * 39 Std/Woche : 5 Tage/Woche = 1669,2 h/Jahr
    250 Arbeitstage - 30 Urlaubstage * 35Std/Woche : 5 Tage/Woche = 1540 h/Jahr
