    Und genau wegen solcher Probleme ist es nicht ratsam ein Abschlussprojekt in eine agile Zeiteinteilung zu quetschen... und so gut wie alle Abschlussprojekte am ende im erweiterten Wasserfallmodell durchgezogen werden.

    Ich würde an deiner Stelle mal schauen wie denn so ein Sprint aufgebaut ist. Denn bevor ein Sprint los geht müssen auch noch einige Dinge noch getan werden genau so auch zum Abschluss des Sprints. Mach dir mal darüber ein wenig Gedanken und du kriegst die 80 Stunden leicht gefüllt meiner Meinung nach.
