habe mit der IHK Gesprochen und es ist wie bereits festgestellt wurde nicht gestattet soetwas zu tun. Es gäbe diese möglichkeit für einen Betrieb wenn der Leistungsstand in der Schule nicht ausreichend wäre (viele 5er) aber ich bewege mich dann doch eher am oberen ende der nahrungskette (2.0) und wenn glaubhaft vermittelt werden könnte das eine solche zertifizierung dem erreichen des Ausbildungsziels zuträglich wäre (es geht übrigens nicht um den CCNA sondern um eine zertifizierung für den Betrieb also fällt das flach) im extremfall könnte es jedoch darauf hinauslaufen das ich 6 Monate dranhängen müsste und der Betrieb die gehaltsdifferenz ausgleichen muss. Dabei frage ich mich ob dazu die Differenz zum durchschnittlichen gehalt hier im betrieb gemeint ist oder die eventuell in einem anderen Betrieb gezahlten gehälter zur Basis genommen werden (habe natürlich bewerbungen am laufen) Der IHK-Mensch meinte auserdem würde die IHK nochmal nachfragen sollte die anmeldung nicht pünktlich erfolgen und in diesem Falle auch das warum und wieso klären. Ich hoffe nur das ich dann auch in der lage bin glaubhaft darzulegen das meine unterlagen bereits vollständig abgegeben wurden. also muss ich es schlimmstenfalls hart auf hart kommen lassen :mod: leider hab ich vergessen nachzufragen was die Prüfung als externer kosten würde denn einen betrieb oder eine einrichtung in der ich eine Projektarbeit ablegen kann würde ich mit ziemlicher sicherheit finden da ich hier in der gegend sehr viele firmenchefs von IT-Läden über IT-Dienstleister kenne und auch den einen oder anderen fuß bei behörden und Kirchlichen einrichtungen in der türe habe :cool: was ich mich frage: Wenn ich im Juni dann nicht mehr im unternehmen bin dann verlieren die doch eh ihren partnerstatus :confused: der entsprechend ausgebildete Techniker ist doch dann nicht mehr im hause...

gibt es einen rechtlichen weg um sich ohne zustimmung des betriebs zur abschlussprüfung anzumelden? Das Problem ist ja die Projektarbeit wobei ich meine Themen auch ohne den Betrieb erledigen kann. edit: deinen post grad übersehen -.- sorry es geht wohl darum das der Betrieb bei Cisco einen Partnerstatus hat und dieser im April verloren geht wenn bis dahin die Zertifizierung nicht abgelegt wurde. Eine Übernahme im Betrieb lehen ich wehement ab. Wenn ich die Wahl hätte wäre ich heute schon gegangen weil ich nicht in einem solchen Unternehmen Arbeiten möchte. Leider bleibt mir nichts anderes übrig als bis Mai hier zu sein und meine Prüfung abzulegen... das schlimme ist ja wenn das mit der Prüfung schief geht weil die den Antrag nicht abschicken dann sitze ich hier noch 6 Monate länger fest in denen bestimmt irgendwann mal ein grund auftritt mich rauszuwerfen wenn ich nicht mitspiele (wir wissen alle es gibt immer einen Grund und wenns das einmal zu spät kommen ist)

Es geht darum das ich eine Cisco Zertifizierung ablegen sollte diese aber nicht machen konnte weil ich die letzen Wochen nicht im Unternehmen war (leider Krankgeschrieben) Nun Ruft mich heute die Sekretärin des Chefs an und sagt mir ich würde solange nicht zur Abschlußprüfung angemeldet werden bis diese Zertifizierung erledigt sei. Natürlich hatte ich schon in eigenem Interesse vor die Zertifizierung abzulegen aber das mir jetzt so die Pistole auf die Brust gesetzt wird hat mich sehr erschreckt. gruß tenebra

HILFE ich brauche dringend hilfe bei einem kleinen Powershell-Problem... Ich möchte gerne auf meine Exchange aufräumen und einige Emailaktive Öffentliche Ordner aufräumen und bin dabei auf ein Problem gestoßen: zum abfragen der Ordner nutze ich folgenden Befehl: get-mailpublicfolder | select-object name,EmailAddresses,Identity|out-gridview das Ergebniss ist eine Auflistung aller PF (public folder) welche emailaktiv sind. Zusätzlich erhalte ich Informationen über alle angelegten EMailadressen (SMTP X400 und FAX) Mein Problem ist nun aber das ich 3 Firmen zu verwalten habe und die haben dann jeweils einen eigenen PF.... leider kommen dort dann in den Unterordnern einige Ordner mehrmals vor. z.B. - Firma 1 - Angebote - Newsletter -Firma 2 - Angebote -Newsletter - Firma 3 - Angebote - Newsletter ... mein Behler gibt mir dann folgendes aus: Angebote Angebote Angebote Newsletter Newsletter Newsletter was mir ja dann natürlich nichts bringt weil ich nicht unterscheiden kann welcher ordner (z.B.) Newsletter zu Firma 1 gehört. In der Spalte Identity steht dann Domäne/Microsoft Exchange System Objects/Newsletter Domäne/Microsoft Exchange System Objects/Newsletter 123456 Domäne/Microsoft Exchange System Objects/Newsletter 789101 was mich auch nicht wirklich weiter bringt... Dein Problem kenne ich leider auch zu gut ich bin jezt im dritten lehrjahr und am anfang meines zweiten hat der andere Admin gekündigt... geblieben ist mir nur der abteilungsleiter der IT (der hat zwar einen Ausbilderschein aber keinen Plan von meinem "geschäft" und ist deshalb eher hinderlich als eine Hilfe) Am anfang war es echt hart muss ich sagen aber mittlerweile habe ich das Gefühl ein ziemlich guter Admin zu sein und ich hab auch schon einige größere Dinge hier ans laufen gebracht... schlimm find ich im moment nur ne vollzeitstelle mit vollem beruflichem alltag zu haben und trotzdem ein mickriges Gehalt zu bekommen (azubi halt). keinen Ausbilder zu haben hat natürlich vorteile und nachteile je nachdem was bei dir überwiegt musst du dich entscheiden ob du den betrieb wechselst oder nicht...

Die vorletze schwierigkeitsstufe cheated meiner meinung nach aber auch und zwar mit einem maphack. mir ist nämlich aufgefallen das sie IMMER die perfekten kontereinheiten Baut um meine kombi zu bekämpfen :-/ Ich wollte Zerg üben und als ich Schaben gebaut hab hat die KI Marrauder gepumpt beim nächsten mal auf Mutas getect und zack baut die KI Ghosts

hmmmm ich bin die kampagne gerade auf brutal am spielen (hab gestern angefangen) auf schwer hab ich sie schon durch... im Multiplayer gegen brutale KI zu Spielen ist ziemlich blöd weil die Ress. cheated (bekommt mehr pro mineral/gaß) und "normale" Taktiken funktionieren bei der einfach nicht... aber bunkerrush/cannonrush/6pool funktionieren super.

fass 90% aller toss spieler nicht machen ist sentrys bauen und FF auf die Rampe setzen... bei ner standard choke reichen 3 Sentrys um jeden Timingpush des terraners zu zerfetzen UND hochzutechen ^^ Einfach die Armee in der mitte spalten und in häppchen zerfleichen reicht :-)

ich kenne leute die benutzen ihr hirn garnicht und bewegen sich trotzdem :-P Ich glaub die very hard KI baut automatisch die richtigen kontereinheiten ^^ ich wollte gestern zerg ein bisschen üben gegen die KI und als ich 5RR gespielt habe kommen rhines/rauder und als ich auf mutas getect habe (zweites game) hat er direkt ghosts gepumpt (3x snipe = toter Muta) und ich habe extra darauf geachtet das er es NICHT Scouted (nichtmals ein Scan ging auf den Spire weil ich den immer mit nem Ovi ausserhalb der Basis Baue (creep ****en ftw) naja ich hab dann gegen menschen gespielt und wurde immer platt gehauen ausser von dem einen der das gute 5rax reaper opening gespielt hat... muss noch viel üben schätze^^ es geht einfach nicht so gut von der Hand wie bei den Terranern... naja 300+ games als terraner hinterlasen spuren :floet:

Ich find Zerg ist mit die Interessanteste Rasse zum spielen ich hab aber halt aus nostalgie mit terranern gezockt weil ich schon in SC I immer Terraner war <3 Adler/Panzer/Marines <3 aber jetzt gibt es keine Adler mehr... Irgendwie habe ich auch das gefühl das Zerg die stärkste Rasse ist im Moment auch wenn alle sich über den MMM-Ball aufregen... leider scheint mir die SC II Community momentan auch ziemlich WoWler verseucht zu sein... Also ich meine die fangen erstmal an die Foren mit whinethreads zuzuballern bevor sie sich hinsetzen und sich was überlegen ^^ (klar gibt auch andere wowler aber so der 0815 standard clische WoW-Spieler, den meine ich hier) vielleicht entdecke ich ja die uber-zerg-killer-strategie die alles und jeden zu leckeren häppchen verwandelt ;-)

ich hab gestern einen BattleCruiser rush versucht :-/ hätte ich nicht meinen ersten BC sinnlos verschleudert hätte das wunderbar funktioniert :,-( Naja heute noch fix den WoW-Raid umkriegen und dann gehts ab in die Diamant-Liga.(das ist zumindest mein nächstes Ziel ^^)

gemeldet hab ich die bis jetzt immer ^^ ich frag mich wie bei SC II die strafen ausfallen... bei WoW wären es 3 Tage Bann und dann glaube ich ne Woche/zwei Wochen und accountsperre...

hmmm ich hab keine zeit die missionen auf brutal durchzuspielen ich muss protoss-tränen sammeln *nomnomnom* Seitdem ich in der Platinliga bin werde ich andauernd gelamed :-( das ist echt ******e sowas... Toss & Zerg: Du gewinnst ja nur weil du Terraner bist [insert beleidigung über mich und neue erkenntnisse über meien mutter hier] Terraner: Du gewinnst nur weil du so unglaublich glück hast[insert random beleidigung über saugen und Ruten hier] geht euch das auch so o.O wenn ich verliere gibts von mir immer ein nettes GG XD ich meine irgendwo muss man doch erkennen das man selber einen Fehler gemacht hat? ich habe auch schon als Toss gegen Terraner gespielt und gewonnen (Platin vs Platin) nur um zu sehen ob Terraner wirklich soooo OP ist... gut es ist knackig aber bei weitem nicht OP. mmn.
