Hallo,

dafür gibt es mit Sicherheit viele Gründe. Z.B. können einige Firmen die Auftragslage für ca. 2 Jahre abschätzen. Wenn es schlecht läuft, können die sich dann ohne viel Aufwand von dem Mitarbeiter trennen, in dem sie ihm einfach keine neues Angebot machen.

Vielleicht haben manche Firmen auch Angst vor der Arbeitsroutine, so dass sie der Meinung sind, eine regelmäßig Mitarbeiterfluktuation sei gesund für das Unternehmen?! Spekulation ;)

Aber da es in Deutschland eben ein starres Kündigungsgesetz gibt, was sowohl Vor- als auch Nachteile hat, versucht man es eben durch die befristeten Verträge auszuhebeln.
