Naja, bis er seinen "Urlaub" antritt, wird wohl noch einige Zeit vergehen - das Urteil ist noch nicht rechtskräftig; GFvG kann (und wird vermutlich auch) diesen Prozess noch durch die Instanzen tragen.

Laut taz erging im Januar schon ein weiteres Urteil (ebenfalls noch nicht rechtskräftig) - hier stehen 9 Monate auf Bewährung wegen nicht ausgezahlter Mandantengelder im Raum.
