Festplatte wird im BIOS nicht erkannt aber unter Windows!?!?

Mahlzeit,

ich habe eine zweite Platte als Slave angeschlossen, jetzt wird sie unter Windows (XP) korrekt erkannt und ich kann sie normal verwenden. Im BIOS wird sie aber nicht erkannt. Woran kann das liegen? Außerdem hab ich das Gefühl das mein eh schon langsames System jetzt noch lahmarschiger ist. Vielen Dank schon mal für die Hilfe.

Der Meinung war ich ja auch, aber es ist definitiv so, im BIOS steht "NONE" und unter Windows wird sie erkannt und ich kann sie normal verwenden. Kein Raidverbund! Am ersten IDE-Port sind die beiden Festplatten und am zweiten die beiden optischen Laufwerke.

:uli Ich hab gehofft das von euch vielleicht jemand ne Erklärung hat, ich hab nämlich keine. :floet:
