Hab ein kleinen Festplatten/Speicher Probmel bei meinem Debian 4.0 Server

Da das ganze aber in einer VM (vmware) läuft, kann ich die größe der .vmdk Datei ja anpassen. Sprich mehr Festplattenspeicher zur Verfügung stellen.

Nun bin ich noch am grübeln wie ich der Partition sage, das sie nun mehr Speicher als vorher hat... Wie mache ich das ? Ne Idee ?

LVM.

Eine vm bekommt eine partion.

Mit lvm ist das ganze sehr komfortabel und leicht zu handeln.

Ist auf jeden fall ein Blick wert finde ich.

ansonsten gibts wie schon gesagt einige Programme für den fall.
