Guten Tag!

Ich bin momentan in meiner Praxisphase zum FISI und IT-Administrator und habe nun für die Zukunft ein Projekt für die IHK bekommen.

In meinem Projekt soll es um ein Ticketsystem gehen (OTRS). Dies soll auf ein CentOS 7 Server den ich komplett neu aufsetze implementieren.

Werde Anfangs einen großen Teil im Internet recherchieren müssen. Hat denn jmd damit schon Erfahrung oder Ahnung?
