Ich bein FiSi, das nur vorab.

Soweit ich weiß, ist das eine die Berechtigung auf die Freigabe selbst (gar nicht, lesen oder schreiben) und NTFS regelt den Zugriff auf die Dateien und Ordner, welche in der Freigabe liegen. Damit der User mit den Dateien in dem Verzeichnis arbeiten kann, braucht er beide Berechtigungen.

Somit kann man z. B. sagen, dass User X zwar grundsätzlich Schreibzugriffe auf diese Freigabe hat, aber nicht auf Datei Y, weil dies via NTFS blockiert wird.
