Hey Leute,

ich mache gerade ein Use Case zu meinem Projekt, aber ich habe noch nie eins gemacht, meint ihr das stimmt so?

Es geht um einen Echtzeit-Chat, Besucher kann mit einem Mitarbeiter chatten, Mitarbeiter hat ein paar mehr Funktionen. Ich blicke da gar nicht durch mit den Assoziationen, kann jemand Erfahrenes drüber schauen?

Oder vielleicht eine gute Lernquelle empfehlen? Die meisten online machen das so oberflächlich.

Ne gute Use-Case-Anleitung wäre auch richtig mächtig :D Haben das einfach zu wenig in der Berufsschule gemacht und ich kürze sowieso auf 2 Jahre ab...
