Okay, danke euch Leute. Ich werde schauen dass ich das schriftlich festgehalten bekomme (dürfte kein Problem sein,  zudem wir (AG und AN) im guten auseinander gehen und da kein böses Blut herrscht) und dann arbeite ich dort noch die zwei Wochen und trete am 01.02. die neue Stelle wie geplant an. :)

Mit einer Änderungskündigung des durch konkludentes Handelns eingeganenen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrages müsstest DU  Rechtssicherheit haben.
