Kann mir bitte jemand seine Dokumentation zur Verfügung stellen, die das Thema „Implementierung eines neuen Ticketsystems“ behandelt, zum Beispiel Zammad, OTRS oder ähnliche Systeme?

Was genau meinst du mit „mein Projekt bearbeiten“? Das Projekt muss bei der Abgabe bestätigt werden, sodass der gesamte Inhalt von mir selbst erstellt wurde und nicht von jemand anderem. Außerdem wird es als Täuschungsversuch gewertet, wenn der Prüfer feststellt, dass mein Inhalt aus anderen Projekten stammt.

 

Was ich möchte, ist, ein ähnliches Projekt anzusehen, um zu verstehen, welche Inhalte typischerweise enthalten sind und welche nicht. Trotzdem danke für dein Feedback! 😉
