    Vorstellungsgespräch -> sind Fragen zum OSI-Modell und NetBIOS noch zeitgemäß?

    Ich bin bei Vorstellungsgesprächen auch eher ein Freund von offenen Fragen, bspw. über die vom Unternehmen eingesetzten Technologien, vll. Vergleich zu den Erfahrungen des Kandidaten, vielleicht kann man gemeinsam abwägen etc. Ein durchgespieltes Troubleshooting ist meiner Meinung nach auch ein besserer Indikator als „Was ist auf Schicht 2?“ Die bisher genannten Fragen kann ich als FIAE auch beantworten, das macht mich aber nicht zu einem guten Administrator.. Das Gesamtpaket muss stimmen.
