    Meine Erfahrungen mit XING sind positiv. Ich hatte jahrelang ein Konto auf XING und habe dies kaum benutzt. Dieses Jahr habe ich die Firma gewechselt und bin auf die Stelle über XING gestoßen. Ein Recruiter hatte mich angeschrieben und wir kamen in Kontakt. Gehaltstechnisch kann XING, LinkedIn auch behilflich sein. In meinem Fall war es so, dass ich mich -ohne XING- unter Wert "verkauft" hätte. Das Profil sollte stets gut gepflegt werden mit deinen ganzen (nachweisbaren) Skills und Gehaltsvorstellung.
