Jahr: 750,- + Bonus = (Jahresüberschuss / Vorjahresüberschuss) * Gehalt, höchstens 2 Monatsgehälter 27 Tage Urlaub, 40h/Woche Hab bei einer anderen Firma angefangen, da waren es 1. Jahr: 600,- 2. Jahr: 650,- 3. Jahr: 700,- Kein Bonus, 9-18 Uhr arbeiten (40h/Woche), ich glaube 21 Tage Urlaub.
