Hallo,

ich habe nur über phpMyAdmin Zugriff auf die Datenbank, brauche aber die Datendateien (frm, myd, myi). Wie kann ich da rankommen? Gibt es dafür vielleicht ein Tool?

Du brauchst Zugriff auf das Filesystem, wenn du dafür einen Nutzer hast, kannst du bspw. mit WinSCP darauf zugreifen und dir die Dateien runterladen (sofern die Dateien für den Nutzer verfügbar sind).
