Löschen von Ordnern und Dateien mit chinesischen Schriftzeichen

Hallo zusammen.

Ich hab folgendes Problem: Ich habe einen Kunden, dessen Temp-Ordner ich durch eine Batchdatei alle Dateien, die älter als 4 Wochen sind, löschen lasse. Nun stellt sich das Problem, das im Temp-Ordner Dateien und Ordner mit chinesischen Schriftzeichen sind und diese sich nicht löschen lassen.

Kann mir da jemand helfen?

Berechtigungsprobleme sind es nicht, Prozesse werden auch nicht ausgeführt. Es liegt nur an den Schriftzeichen, da ja die Dateien manuell gelöscht werden können. Ich glaube es liegt daran, das die Ordner mit besagten Schriftzeichen am Server selber nur als Rechtecke erscheinen, am Client aber als vollwertige chin. Schriftzeichen...
