Ich wollt mal fragen, ob man da auch Sachen wie Sollzustand und Analysen die man gemacht hat reinbringt.

Oder ob man nur das Projekt selber vorstellt.

Ist das eine Präsentation oder soll es eine sein, über das was wir beim Kunden gemacht haben.

Oder über das Allgemeine Thema wie funktioniert es wie macht man es etc..

Allgemeine Erläuterungen würde ich streichen. Der Prüfungsausschuss ist fachkundig. Zeig besser deine eigene (Projekt-)Arbeit, also u.a. genau die Analyse und Konzeption, die du ansprichst. Denn die Prüfer sollen ja deine (!) Arbeit bewerten.
