Damit sollte die Dokumentation gemeint sein, die du dann auch bei der IHK abgibst.

Es kann aber sein, dass du im Rahmen deines Projektes auch noch andere Dokumentationen erstellst - z.B. ein Benutzerhandbuch. Diese sollten dann (zumindest in Ausschnitten) dem Projektbericht beigefügt werden.

Damit ist bestimnmt Dokumentation gemeint. Falls sowas wie ein Benutzerhandbuch gefordert wird, kannst du es einfach in den Anhang packen. War zumindest bei mir so (IHK Aachen). ;)
