Hallo, 

ganz allgemein gefragt; wird ein Projekt zugelassen, wo man mit einer vorgegeben Software eine Inventarisierung + Helpdesk customizen soll? Bin wirklich ratlos. Bisher war das nur Klick Klick Klick und mehr nicht. Ich soll ein Helpdesk + Inventarisierung realisieren.

Ganz allgemein gefragt: kannst du die Frage auch so stellen, dass man sie ohne Rätselraten verstehen kann? Was hat denn eine Helpdesksoftware (gehe mal von einem Tickettool aus) mit einer Inventarisierungssoftware zu tun?
