Guten Abend allerseits,

Gibt es hier jemanden der zufälligerweiße bei der IHK Dresden Bescheid weis. Brauche ich bei meiner Produktdokumentation eine Eidesstattliche Erklärung? Und an welcher Stelle muss diese eingebracht werden.

Inhaltlich das gleiche. Ob das ganze die gleichen Rechtlichen Folgen bei Falschangabe haben kann weiss ich nicht - kein Jurist.

Edit:
Im Zweifelsfall anrufen. Das ganze hier ist mehr ein raten, eine verlässliche Aussage gibt's NUR von der IHK.
