Word Markups - Später auslesbar?

Hallo

wenn ich bei Word alle Markups annehme  und Kommentare lösche und dann das Dokument speicher und schliesse  - gibt es dann die Möglichkeit die Änderungen später nachzuvollziehen? Also wenn ich das Word jemand weiterschicke - sieht derjenige das dann was geändert wurde? Ich meinte da mal gehört zu haben, dass das irgendwie auslesbar sein soll.
