kann ich bei KDE auf dem desktop webseiten oder so anzeigen also so wie in windows auf dem desktop einbinden und dort verankern .

Er meint sicher eine Funktion wie "Active Desktop" in Windows, wo mann zb. Webseiten als Desktophintergrund verwenden konnte/kann...

Stimmt Active Desktop triffts genau.
