Hallo,

kennt vielleicht jemand ein Programm mit den man Emails im Team bearbeiten kann???

Angenommen es kommen 10 Mails bei info@ an und alle Benutzer können diese Email sehen und können es auch sehen ob es schon bearbeitet wurde.

Ist sicherlich als Outlook Exchange Server realisierbar aber gibts da nicht was einfacheres und billigeres (am besten Freeware).

Hoffe es kann mir jemand was empfehlen.

kann man etwa alle emails die an info@ gehen an dieses ticketsystem weiter leiten ???

weiiterleitung an ein freemail konto (z.B. gmail)

Intregration des gmail Kontos im email client mittels IMAP.

Erstelle ein Konto oder melde dich an, um einen Kommentar zu schreiben.
