Hallo miteinander,

Arbeitet/kennt jemand Postgresql?

Ich soll dazu ein Referat halten.

Ich konnte bis jetzt nur herausfinden, dass ein Datenbank programm ist.

Aber was ist der Unterschied zu den anderen Datenbankprogrammen Access, sqlplus etc.

wir setzen PG für diverse Anwendungen ein, lokal und webbasiert.

Der Link von SaJu zeigt einige Vergleichspunkte, mMn aber sehr oberflächlich und veraltet.

@Grecho: Hast dir mal die Links aus dem Wikipedia-Artikel angeschaut? Auch die eigentliche PG-Doku in Deutsch oder Englisch enthält viele relevante Infos, auch zur Versionsgeschichte etc.
