DHCP-Subnetz richtig ?

Guten Morgen zusammen,

ich steh grad etwas auf dem Schlauch:
Habe 2 Netze, einmal die 192.168.2.x und die 192.168.3.x; 
Jetzt möchte ich aus beiden Bereichen IP-Adressen via DHCP vergeben; Bereiche sind eingerichtet und auch über die Bereichszusammenfassung im Windows Server zusammengefasst.
Leider vergibt mir das Ding keine IPs aus dem 3er-Netz.
Als Subnetz hab ich die 255.255.255.254; vermute aber das ist das Problem ?
