VMWare ESXi Debian VM (static IP) verliert regelmäßig Netzwerkverbindung

Hallo wie im Titel erwähnt verliert eine Debian VM mit einer festen IP regelmäßig die Netzwerkverbindung. Die VM muss dann über den vCenter Webclient neugestartet werden. Nach dem Neustart funktioniert SSH und Ping wieder sofort.
Ich habe 5 dieser Debian VMs und nur bei einer tritt dieses Problem auf. Die Konfigurationen sind bei allen gleich....

Jemand ne Idee in welchen Logs man hier vllt etwas sehen könnte bzw. sowas schonmal hatte?

Über vcenter-konsole kommste in der Fehlersituation drauf? Anmeldung möglich?

Sind die Maschinen geklont oder alle sauber selbst installiert?

Bei Debian (welche Version?) musste man früher die VMware-Tools selbst kompilieren, mal neue drüberziehen?

Zuerst kannste noch probieren:

Reading through the different bug reports and replies by the developers, it seems that the bug lies with VMware rather than with Linux. There were different suggestions on how to workaround around the issue, like editing the vmx file of the virtual machine and adding vmxnet3.rev.30 = FALSE to disable new features of the vmxnet3 virtual NIC and also run ethtool -G eth0 rx-mini 0 to disable the vmxnet3 virtual NIC rx data ring and also disabling LRO for the vmxnet3 virtual NIC.

Hab das jetzt probiert auf E1000 umzustellen, danach kam das netzwerk auf der VM nicht mehr hoch ...
"rtnetlink answers file exists" 

Was habe ich falsch gemacht? Die MAC ADressen habe ich vorher notiert und den adaptern dann manuell zugewiesen....
