ich habe Schwierigkeiten ein geeignetes Thema für mein Abschlussprojekt zu finden. Wäre das erstellen einer "Prozessticketvorlage in einem Open-Source Ticketsystem" ein annehmbares Thema in Hinblick auf Erweiterung und Anpassung eines komplexen IT-Systems?

Das Erstellen einer Vorlage kann kein Projekt werden. Welchen Zweck soll die Vorlage erfüllen? Welches Problem soll damit behoben werden? Ich hatte in meinem Projekt das Thema zur Einführung eines Ticketsystems, in dem ich schlussendlich freshservice eingeführt habe. Aber Freshservice ist an sich nicht das Projekt! Sondern die Planung und Auswertung um dahin zu kommen.

welches problem wird gelöst? fachlich hinreichend komplex? wie füllt man damit 35 Stunden? Wirtschaftlichkeit?
