Hallo muss bald mein Abschlussprojekt vortragen. Hat jemand ne Idee, was können die IHK Prüfer bezüglich "Cloud Telefonanlage" alles fragen? Vielleicht hat eine oder andere das gleiches Thema schon bei IHK gehabt.

Hatte auch ein Thema, welches mit Cloud zu tun hatte. Fragen,  bei denen ich Schwierigkeiten hatte:

 

Unterschied zwischen Datenschutz und Datensicherheit ? ( Ja ich weiß, im Nachhinein einfach, war unter Stress :D )

Nationale und europäisch Regelungen zum Datenschutz und wie diese heißen ( also BDSG und DSGVO )

 

Wurde sich für einen US Anbieter entschieden? Dann kommen spannende Fragen.

 Wo liegen die Schwierigkeiten der Einführung einer Cloud Telefonanlage? Ist das nicht ein eher simples Unterfangen?

Wie sieht die Administration aus? Gibt es ein Berechtigungskonzept?
