Bin kein Admin, aber Abitur -> Duales Studium -> Übernommen werden gefolgt von 3x die Firma wechseln innerhalb von 4 Jahren.

Das Problem wird deine Lücke im Lebenslauf sein und die wird den Personalern leider nicht unwichtig sein.

klar "kann" man als Administrator sofort nach der Ausbildung oder dem Studium anfangen. Aber nicht in jeder Firma.

Es kommt immer drauf an, vielleicht funktioniert das eher in "Bastelbuden" die nicht so viel Wert auf Vorbildung legen (und schlecht zahlen) sowie größere Firmen, in denen es eine ausgeprägte Junior/Medior/Senior Kultur mit vorgegebenen Lernwegen gibt. Ich habe auch schon in Firmen gearbeitet, die Berufsanfänger nur im Support eingestellt haben.

Mein Weg: Ausbildung -> Support+Admin (Kleine Firma) -> Support (Große Firma) -> Admin (Große Firma) -> Projekt Management (Mittlere Firma) -> Teamlead (Große Firma)
