Hallo zusammen,

dies ist aus bestimmten Gründen ein throwaway Account, mein echten möchte ich nicht nutzen.

aktuelle Lage: 6 Jahre im Unternehmen, seit 3 Jahren leite ich das Team für Server/Netzwerk der Gruppe in einem 7000 Personen Unternehmen.

Aktuelle personalverantwortunt: 6 Personen + 1 Azubi + offene Stelle.

aktuelles Gehalt: 90.000€ (10.000€ variabel)

Nun wird mir Angeboten einen großen Standort mit 350 Mitarbeitern zu übernehmen, Produktion, Research, Office, 1st Level. Typisch in-house.

Zusätzliche Personalverantwortung: 4 Personen + 1 Azubis

Dies sehe ich als interessant an, Muss jedoch eine Gehaltsvorszellung Nennen, habt ihr da eine Idee?

Tarif: Chemie

Mein bauchgefühl sagt 10k on top + Perspektive 5k? In zwei Jahren.
