Achtung! Das Gesetz bezieht den Mindesturlaub auf eine sechs-Tage-Woche. Da man aber in der Regel nur eine fünf-Tage-Woche hat, hat man "gesetzlich" auch nur 5/6 der 24 Tage Urlaubsanspruch, d.h. 20 Tage. So wenig Jahresurlaub hat in der Praxis aber eh fast niemand, weil sofern nicht tariflich anders geregelt die Arbeitgeber von sich aus "freiwillig" mehr Urlaubstage geben.
